Chelsea Winger Willian says it would be "okay" to move to Arsenal or Tottenham Hotspur after the contract with the Blues ends.
Willian's Stamford Bridge deal ends on June 30, and he must be one of the Premier League players who may have to sign a short-term contract to play the rest of the 2019/20 season.

There is little sign that he will remain at Chelsea in the 2020/21 season.
And, addressing reports that linked him with a move to Arsenal and Tottenham during an interview with the Brazilian channel Desimpedidos on YouTube, Willian said: "It really is a difficult decision," he said. “I identified a lot with Chelsea, I have a lot of love for everyone at the club and for the fans.
"However, it is like I said before, if I leave Chelsea without problems and leave the doors open, it would be good to switch to a rival club."
When asked if he would like to stay in London, he added: "I don't know. I like London and my family too.
"However, that is a question that I still don't know the answer to, whether I'm staying at Chelsea, moving to another London team or leaving England."
Willian also denied suggestions that his former Chelsea boss, José Mourinho, contacted him during a move to Spurs.
"No, no. I didn't receive anything from Mourinho, despite having a good relationship with him," he said.
“He is not only a great coach, but also a great friend of mine. Sometimes we talk, but in relation to this situation, he fully respects it.
“I identified more with Mourinho [that other managers] certainly. He trusted my potential, liked my football, gave me complete confidence to play. He's the best coach I've worked with. "
In addition, he was also asked about a supposed hint that he had switched to Arsenal on social media, where his family was all dressed in red.
"There was no intention of creating rumors," he insisted.
“In England, we don't have this situation [like Brazil] where a Corinthians player cannot use green or a Palmeiras player cannot use black and white, that kind of thing.
"Then there was a day when my wife and children dressed in red and she didn't think it would create rumors, there was nothing about him."
