Jose Mourinho has named his Tottenham team to take on Watford at Vicarage Road.
Going into the game on the back of Tuesday night’s 2-1 win over Middlesbrough in the FA Cup, the Spurs boss has decided to start both Giovani Lo Celso and Erik Lamela after some very good performances in recent weeks.
Impressing off the bench against Boro and Liverpool, the Argentine duo were then named in the starting XI on Tuesday and took their chance as they both netted in the first half.
Japhet Tanganga also continues in defence after two excellent performances over the past week, although it does appear that he will be playing at left-back as Serge Aurier has returned to the team.
Mourinho has also decided to drop Christian Eriksen down to the bench despite starting him in the past five games.
The Dane is joined on the bench by new signing Gedson Fernandes after he completed his move to the club on Wednesday as he penned an 18-month loan deal from Benfica.
The team news has gone down extremely well with a number of supporters as it is extremely attacking and fans have called for Mourinho to do that for quite a while now.

Despite winning their last game against Middlesbrough, Spurs haven’t won in the league since the 2-1 win over Brighton & Hove Albion on Boxing Day.
The Lilywhites are currently nine points behind Chelsea in the race for the top four and it is imperative that they start stringing together some wins if they want to qualify for Europe’s elite competition come May.
Chelsea are in action later this evening against Newcastle.
