Now, most of us are working from home and, potentially, more permanently. With one or more of you using the Internet, you may have noticed that your current provider is not ready. thankfully Virgin Media has new offers that can fix this.
Virgin Media customers can save big and get updates on their packages at no extra cost, after the company has launched a series of new packages of great value.
With Latest Virgin Media Packages, new and existing customers will benefit from better value contracts, cheaper flexible TV choices and upgrades to faster broadband and more generous mobile data permissions.
Jeff Dodds, chief operating officer at Virgin Media, said: “We are offering even greater value with our new package line, which brings together the best connected entertainment, the fastest broadband speeds widely available and fully loaded mobile plans so our customers can stay in touch with the people they love for less. "
"In addition, we are rewarding our existing customers with great updates, including an increase in broadband, better value TV choices and more mobile data – all available at no additional cost."
Best value contacts
Virgin Media is introducing new 18-month contracts that allow customers to benefit from discounts for longer.
With several tempting offers on offer that span the entire 18-month contract period, customers can now save another six months, compared to the 12-month contracts previously offered.
For example, a customer who accepts the Bigger Movies package, which includes Sky Cinema HD and 108 Mbps broadband, pays GBP 62 for 18 months, saving up to GBP 186 over the duration of the contract, compared to the same contract at old prices.
Virgin Media offers great promotions to customers as part of the new package line.
Virgin Media's M100 broadband-only package, which comes with 108 Mbps broadband, is extremely fast and costs just £ 28 per month on an 18-month contract.
In addition, the Bigger Sports and Bigger Sports and Movie packages include Sky Sports HD channels at no extra cost – it usually costs £ 7 a month and is therefore worth £ 126 under an 18-month contract. The Bigger Sports package costs £ 65 per month and includes 213 Mbps broadband and Sky Sports and BT Sport. Larger sports and movies cost £ 79 a month and also include 213 Mbps broadband, sports channels and Sky Cinema HD. Both packages come with 18-month contracts.
Combined packages offer greater savings
Virgin Media's Oomph packages offer exceptional value for customers who receive cable and mobile services directly from Virgin Media in a single package.
From an extra £ 8 per month, a customer can take a SIM and increase broadband speeds – faster than those included as standard in Virgin Media cable packages. All SIMs come with unlimited texts and minutes.
Virgin Media Personal Choices now offer even better value so that customers can create a personalized TV service for less. Personal Choices now start at £ 7 and each subsequent choice costs £ 5 per month. Personal Picks had a previous price of £ 10 for the first choice, with each subsequent Choice costing £ 7 per month.
Picks are available in the Virgin Media Big package, where customers can choose and mix a variety of channel packages – from entertainment and lifestyle to drama, documentaries and sports. Options can be added instantly to a package, and customers have the flexibility to simply remove them 30 days in advance.
With the new lower price, customers can save a lot and enjoy the best TV in the box for less. For example, a customer saves at least £ 60 a year by making two or more Picks, compared to the previous price.
Virgin Media will switch customers who are paying the previously available price for Personal Picks (£ 10 for one choice and £ 7 for each subsequent choice) to the new lower prices as well.
Reward existing customers
Virgin Media is also offering existing customers a series of updates to their packages at no extra cost.
Customers using Virgin Media's premier package, Ultimate Oomph – which includes two state-of-the-art Virgin TV V6 set-top boxes with 265 TV channels, including Sky Sports HD, Sky Cinema HD and BT Sport Ultimate, plus an O SIM with unlimited data and inclusive domestic phone calls at any time – you'll get even faster broadband and increase your M500 to M600 broadband speed at no additional cost when the speed level is available.
In addition, Virgin Media is increasing the mobile data limit for existing customers with an Oomph package – at no extra cost. Customers with 2 GB, 5 GB or 15 GB of mobile data can more than double their data allowance by switching to the equivalent SIM in the new package line without having to hire again. A customer can contact Virgin Media and request that the new mobile data permission be added to their package.
