It is one of the UK's most popular network providers, but Virgin Media appears to have dropped this morning.
According to Down Detector, the problems started at 10:50 GMT and are affecting users across the UK.
Although the reason for the interruption remains uncertain, among those who reported problems, 52% reported problems with their cell phones, 30% with cable internet and 16% with mobile internet.
Virgin Media said, "" There are no common broadband issues on our network.
"We are aware of an intermittent issue affecting voice services for some of our mobile customers, but this is unrelated to our other services. We are working to fix this as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience."
With many Britons working from home amid the coronavirus outbreak, the disruption is proving particularly frustrating.
Many users have adopted Twitter to discuss your problems.
One user wrote: "My mom falls into a high-risk category, so she's having to work from home for the foreseeable future. Her TV, phone and internet are down again. It shouldn't be fixed until at least the 24th. Your terrible service is now really putting lives at risk. "
Another added: "All my services are down and the estimated repair is today at 6 pm on the virgin media application. Everything is fine if I wasn't isolating myself. It's day 3 and it drives me crazy, since I can't leave the house. will bring me down. "

The outage comes just a day after several major mobile networks have crashed across the UK.
O2, EE, Three, Vodafone and giffgaff fell yesterday, leaving many Britons unable to get online on their cell phones.
