Shortlists announced for All-Ireland League Awards

Shortlists have been announced for the Energy All-Ireland League awards. The prizes will be broadcast practically on Energia's Facebook and Youtube channels on Friday, May 8.

Rugby fans from across the island will participate in a complete list of special guests, including Irish rugby players Peter O & # 39; Mahony, Keith Earls, Joey Carbery, Jordan Larmour and Irish rugby coaches Andy Farrell and Adam Griggs, all presenting awards at night. The event will be hosted by comedian Mario Rosenstock, who will certainly be showing off some of his favorite rugby personifications.


AIL's player of the year nominations show a list of five, including Brian Cones of Cork Con, Miah Cronin of Highfield, Brad Roberts of Rainey Old Boys, Killian Marmion of Greystones, and Paul O & # 39; Loughlin , from the Skerries rugby club. In the women's category, three players compete for the prize. Hannah O & # 39; Connor, from Blackrock, Chloe Pearse, from UL Bohemians, and Steph Carroll, from Railway Union.

There are five players for the male attempt of the year award. They are Conor O & # 39; Brien, from Nenagh, Peter Cashell, from the Dungannon rugby club, Jack Crowley, from Cork Con, Kelvin Brown, from the Galwegians, and Scott Finlay, from Malone RFC. In the female equivalent, four players compete for the prize. Among them, Nichola Fryday, from Old Belvedere, Alana McInerney, from UL Bohemians, Stephanie Nunan, from UL Bohemians, and Jenni Burke, from Blackrock College.


In addition to these awards, lists of finalists from other categories in the All-Ireland league were announced, the rising star of each division, coach of the year for women, coach of the year for men, coach of the year for men, club scene award and Energia Positive Energy award.

The award ceremony will take place at 8 pm on Friday on Energia's Youtube and Facebook platforms.
