Simon, 24, spent this season on loan from another French team, Nantes, Levante, LaLiga.
The fast winger scored nine goals and recorded eight assists in 30 games in all Nantes competitions.

Nantes has the option of making the move permanent for just € 5 million and can choose to sell Simon at a higher rate to interested clubs.
