WWE star Roman Reigns — whose actual identify Joe Anoa’i — introduced Monday evening that his leukemia is in remission and that he intends to return to ring motion.
Reigns, 33, stepped away from the WWE in October by saying that, 11 years after he had first battled leukemia, the illness had returned. He vacated the WWE Common championship at the moment and stepped away from the limelight to battle the illness.
Because the “Monday Night Raw” crowd on the State Farm Area in Atlanta cheered him on, Reigns walked to the ring, did a lap to greet the followers at ringside, after which spoke to the WWE crowd for the primary time in 4 months.
After talking about his religion in God, the great outreach from WWE followers and the prayers and messages shared over the previous few months, Reigns revealed an replace on his situation.
“The good news is, I’m in remission, y’all,” Reigns stated. “With that being said, the big dog is back.”
Earlier than becoming a member of the WWE in 2010, Reigns performed soccer for Georgia Tech in Atlanta, the place he was a three-year starter and an all-ACC defensive deal with.
“I missed y’all. There is no other job like this,” Reigns stated. “There’s no other fan base like you guys.”
Reigns didn’t specify when he would formally return to motion. In January, his cousin, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, introduced that Reigns will play his cousin within the upcoming movie “Hobbs & Shaw.”
