Mourners attacks Oluyole's residence in Ajimobi

By Yinka Adeniran, Ibadan

The gloomy look at Oluyole's residence by ex-governor Abiola Ajimobi on Thursday betrayed all forms of secrecy that previously obscured news of the death of the All Progressive Congress (APC).

Those who called early, who broke into Oluyole's home, most often included women in the party. They said they couldn't stand the rumor, but they had to show up to confirm it for themselves.

The list of attendees also includes former Commissioner for Land and Housing, Isaac Omodewu; President, local government of southwestern Ibadan, Bolaji Adeleke, members of the party's women's wing, among others.

Security guards linked to the residence were unable to hide the pain while the women cried and shouted at the top of their voices.

While some of those present remembered how the deceased governor had impacted them, others cast curses on who could be responsible for the death.
