All vehicle owners / drivers seized during the 2nd phase of the COVID-19 & # 39; blockade, which lasted from Wednesday, April 15 to Sunday, May 3, will be prosecuted by the state government of Lagos in the Mobile Courts of the State of Lagos, Bolade Oshodi.
This was disclosed in a statement by the Lagos State Environmental and Special Offenses Unit (Task Force), signed by Public Affairs Officer Taofeek Adebayo.
The government has confirmed that the Lagos state mobile courts will begin to be seated in vehicles seized by security agencies from Monday, May 11.
The Task Force of the Environmental and Special Offenses Unit of the State of Lagos, therefore, advised owners / drivers of vehicles whose vehicles fall into the categories of those seized between April 15 and May 3, to present themselves at the State Mobile Courts from Lagos, Bolade, Oshodi and wandering through the Agency's car parks across the state.
