North Korean leader Kim Jong Un made his first public appearance amid global speculation about his health.
State media, KCNA, reported that the dictator, who was last seen on April 20, was present at a fertilizer factory opening ceremony.
According reports, he was seen cutting the tape on the spot.
The crowd at the factory was reported to have started with "thunderous applause from the hurray" as soon as he appeared.
However, state media has yet to present photos of the event.
Recall that speculations about his health began on April 15, after the North Korean leader missed the anniversary celebrations of the state's founder, Kim Il Sung.
