COVID-19 cases and deaths are emerging along Colombia's Caribbean coast when the region becomes the epicenter of the country's pandemic, with doctors warning that many deaths are not reported.

Intensive care units are now 80% full in Bogotá.


The national government has purchased new fans to increase availability, but the lack of trained doctors means that not all of them can be used at the same time.
