Justice Nicholas Oweibo held that the case was adjourned to allow EFCC’s counsel Mr Rotimi Oyedepo and Naira Marley’s counsel Mr Olalekan Ojo SAN to answer two motions.
Naira Marley was arrested on Might 10 by the EFCC and he was subsequently charged to courtroom on 11 counts of cyber crime by the anti-graft company.
