Buhari commends Police for bursting little one theft ring

President Muhammadu Buhari has counseled the Nigeria Police Pressure for the invention of a child-theft racket in Kano State and faux correctional facilities in Kaduna and Katsina states.

The president, in an announcement by his Senior Particular Assistant on Media and Publicity, Malam Garba Shehu, in Abuja on Saturday, urged the police to maintain these good efforts throughout the nation.

President Buhari, who was reacting to the incidents and arrests made by the police regarding the incidents, famous that such arrests had been in keeping with his dedication to human rights and dignity of the residents no matter their age, faith and ethnicity.

He stated he wouldn’t help criminality underneath any guise, together with the kidnapping of youngsters and promoting them off illegally.

On torture chambers, this present day, the president maintained that no accountable democratic authorities would tolerate the existence of the torture chambers and bodily abuses of inmates within the title of rehabilitation of the victims.

He, due to this fact, lauded the efforts of the police in exposing these human rights abuses by people and felony teams.

He expressed optimism that these efforts could be sustained to verify unlawful actions of this nature.

The President appealed to members of most of the people to stay vigilant and help safety companies in crime prevention and management by reporting the existence of felony actions round their communities.

He stated: ”The sharing of human intelligence is everyone’s accountability with a view to make our society secure and this authorities is ever dedicated to supporting the police to be more practical within the efficiency of its duties by correct funding and motivation of its personnel.”
