Adele’s Instagram birthday post pays tribute to frontline workers

The singer lit up on the internet Wednesday morning by sharing a photo to mark her 32nd birthday.

The "Hello" hitmaker, who has not posted on the social media platform since December, stood brilliantly behind a giant floral wreath.

She wore a black mini dress with wavy sleeves and wore her blonde hair down and completed the look with black heels.

"Thanks for the birthday love. I hope you all stay safe and accountable during this crazy time," said the mother of one of her 33.7 million followers.

The British star then took the opportunity to praise the work of frontline health professionals corona virus pandemic.

"I want to thank all of our first reactions and important workers who keep us safe while risking life! You are truly our angels," she wrote in the caption.

Last year, Adele announced it she and Simon Konecki had split after three years of marriage.

The singer and Konecki share a son, Angelo, who was born in 2012.

Adele is known for keeping her private life away from the public eye. While not directly addressing the weight loss, she wrote in her Instagram post last October: "I used to cry, but now I'm sweating."
